Paul is in Maryland this week for the Melwood Prince George's County Open at the Arnold Palmer designed Country Club at Woodmoore.

Paul played this event for the first time in 2007 but missed the cut although in 2008 he finished a solid 15th after what proved to be a strong weekend performance.

It has been a tough year to date for Paul but there has been enough encouraging signs of late for a better week to be expected.
