Paul is in Queenstown in the south of New Zealand for this week's New Zealand Open Championship at the Hills Golf Club, another event jointly sanctioned between the Australasian and Nationwide Tours.

Paul was at the golf course on Tuesday for the practice round just in time for a cool weather change. The weather made a turn for the worse early in the morning although it is expected to improve again by the start of the tournament on Thursday. It will still however be very cold compared to the conditions in which Paul has played of late.

Paul has an afternon tee time on day one when he will play with two of his Nationwide Tour colleagues, Chad Ginn and Daniel Summerhays.

"This is fantastic place," said Paul, "but I sure hope it gets a little warmer by Thursday."
