Paul has withdrawn from this week's Miccosukee Championship in Miami halfway through the second round during a weather delay. After a struggling opening round of 77 had him always with too much work to do, an opening nine of 40 today made things even worse. When the weather delay came around mid afternoon Paul withdrew from the event.

We hope to get a chance to talk with Paul soon to enquire as to the actual reason but without a start next week in the final event of the season, the Tour Championship, Paul's attention will turn to Stage Two of PGA Tour qualifying. He earns the right to start his quest for a PGA Tour card at stage two courtesy of his win on the Nationwide Tour at the Athens Regional Foundation event in 2006.

Stage Two qualifying begins on November 18th.
