After a reasonable start to the Permian Basin Chariity Classic, Paul has eventually finished in 54th place. 

Weekend Rounds of 74 and 72 were never going to make progress at the Midland Golf Club.

Fortunately for Paul he has lost no ground on the Nationwide Tour money list and remains in 22nd place with three events to go on the 2006 Nationwide Tour money list but likely needs another US$45,000 to be confident about advancing to the PGA Tour in 2007. 

He will play this coming week at the PalmettoPride Classic in South Carolina.
