Paul's roller coaster second round at the Frys.Com Open in las Vegas has resulted in another missed cut and he now heads to Scottsdale looking to get things back on track in the hope that he might avoid stage two of Tour School.
After an opening round of 73 at the TPC Summerlin yesterday Paul was always under pressure to make what appeared as if it would be a five under cut. He turned in 35 today but a double at his 10th hole put paid to any remote chance he had of a big rally. Paul did produce three birdies on the back nine but the damage was done and despite an even par 71 he missed the cut by some six shots.
